航空润滑油4060的研制

摘要: 根据活塞式航空发动机润滑要求,针对某合成烃航空润滑油使用中存在的积炭多、低温启动性差等问题,按照部队要求研制了15W/50新型航空活塞式发动机润滑油——4060航空润滑油,研制油具有优异的油泥分散性能、腐蚀和氧化安定性、剪切安定性和优良的润滑性能以及材料相容性,各项性能满足GJB 1219A—2009活塞式航空发动机润滑油产品规范。 对研制油进行了生产工艺研究,产品批次稳定性良好。研制油先后通过了L38台架试验、发动机厂商的发动机长期试车考核试验,并成功完成实机试飞,在试飞中证实了4060航空润滑油具有良好的低温启动性能,且换油期延长至原来的4倍。

Abstract: According to the requirements of piston aeroengine and the problems such as more coke deposits and poor low temperature start-up performance,in use of the synthetic hydrocarbon aviation lubricating oil, a new type of lubricating oil – 4060 aviation lubricating oil was developed to meet the needs of the users. The developed oil had excellent sludge dispersibility, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation stability, shear stability, excellent lubricating performance and material compatibility. All the performances met GJB 1219A—2009 specification for aircraft reciprocating engine (piston) oil. The production process of the developed oil was investigated, and the stability of batch product was good. The developed oil passed L38 bench test, 300h engine test and 600h engine test, and had successfully completed the aircraft test flight. The test proved that 4060 aviation lubricating oil has very good cold starting performance, and can extend the oil changing period to 4 times of that of before.
