航空润滑油高温氧化颜色衰变抑制试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON INHIBITING OXIDATIVE COLOR DECAY AT HIGH TEMPERATURE OF AVIATION LUBRICATING OIL

摘要: 采用自制高温氧化实验装置,分析对比了某国产与进口航空润滑油高温氧化油样颜色衰变情况,开展了某航空润滑油高温氧化油样颜色衰变抑制研究工作,并利用GC/MS分析结果探讨了抑制颜色衰变的作用机理。实验结果表明:胺类抗氧剂Tz516是造成某国产航空润滑油颜色发黑的重要影响因素,添加酚类抗氧剂T501可以有效抑制因Tz516造成的氧化油样颜色发黑变深的状况;抑制油样颜色衰变过程可视为抗氧剂竞争性作用机理,即随着T501添加量逐渐增大,大量的T501抗氧剂分子在氧化体系占据“优势”地位,消耗了大部分的自由基,导致与Tz516反应的自由基数量减少,降低了其消耗量,达到了抑制油品颜色变黑的目的。

Abstract: The self-made high-temperature oxidation experimental device was used to analyze and compare the color decay of oxidized oil at high temperature of domestic and imported aviation lubricants. The mechanism of inhibiting color decay was discussed by GC/MS. The experimental results showed that the antioxidant Tz516 was an important factor influencing the color blackening of the domestic aviation lubricant. The addition of the phenolic antioxidant T501 could effectively inhibited the color blackening of oxidized oil caused by the amine antioxidant Tz516. As the amount of T501 is gradually increased, a large number of T501 antioxidant molecules occupied a "predominant" position in the oxidation system and consumed most of the free radicals, resulting in a decrease in the number of free radicals reacting with the antioxidant Tz516. It is concluded that the competitive mechanism of antioxidants affects the inhibiting color decay process of oils.
