摘要: 介绍了丙烷脱氢装置含硫废碱液处理技术的开发及工业应用情况。开发了以湿式氧化技术为核心的“加碱中和-湿式氧化-酸化中和”处理技术,工业化装置运行稳定,出水S2-质量浓度小于1 mg/L、COD小于200 mg/L,达到设计要求。截至目前,已建成多套此类废碱液湿式氧化处理装置,社会效益和经济效益显著。

Abstract: The development and industrial application of a treatment technology for the spent caustic containing sulfur from propane dehydrogenation unit were introduced. The technology consisted of alkalization neutralization-wet air oxidation-acid neutralization. The industrial unit using the technology operated stably. The S2- mass concentration of the effluent of this unit was less than 1 mg/L, and the COD was less than 200 mg/L. Up to now, a number of units have been built adopting the developed treatment technology.
