羧甲基壳聚糖/植酸复合膜对变压器油的吸附脱除研究

摘要: 采用溶液共混法,将植酸加入到羧甲基壳聚糖溶液中,然后冷冻干燥制备复合膜,通过红外光谱、扫描电镜、热重分析对复合膜的结构进行表征,并研究了该复合膜对废弃植物基变压器绝缘油中铜、铁、铝三种金属杂质的吸附效果。结果表明,适量植酸的加入没有破坏羧甲基壳聚糖复合膜的多孔结构,该复合膜能有效吸附变压器绝缘油中的金属杂质。当植酸与羧甲基壳聚糖的质量比为0.4,吸附温度为70℃时,该多孔复合膜对变压器绝缘油中铜、铁、铝三种金属杂质的吸附效率达到最高,分别为78.5%、69.0%和87.2%。

Abstract: The carboxymethyl chitosan solution and phytic acid solution were mixed by solution blending process and then freeze-dried to prepare the composite films. The structures of the films were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetry analysis and scanning electron microscopy; and the adsorptions of copper, iron, and aluminum impurities in transformer oil were evaluated. The results suggested that the phytic acid did not destroy the porous structure of the composite film, and the films could effectively adsorb metal impurities in transformer oil. When the mass ratio of phytic acid to carboxymethyl chitosan was 0.4, and the adsorption temperature was 70℃, the adsorption efficiency of the porous composite film for copper, iron and aluminum in the transformer oil was 70.51%,68.99% and 87.23%, respectively.
