增加反应器跨线在连续重整装置扩能改造中的应用

摘要: 以国内某连续重整装置的扩能改造为例,探讨了增加反应器跨线在扩能改造中的应用。在重整装置扩能改造中,面临反应器内催化剂贴壁、反应器加热炉热负荷不足、再生器烧焦能力不足等装置瓶颈。通过理论计算及扩能前后的工业数据对比,说明增设反应器跨线的方法可有效避免装置扩能后催化剂贴壁现象的发生,并降低下游加热炉热负荷。验证了增加反应器跨线的方法应用于重整装置扩能改造的可行性,为连续重整装置扩能改造提供了新的技术解决方案。

Abstract: The application of reactor cross-line for capacity expansion of a continuous catalytic reforming unit was introduced. During revamping, the bottlenecks such as catalyst attachment on the reactor wall, insufficient heat load of heating furnace for the reactor and insufficient coke removing capacity of the regenerator were encountered. Theoretical calculation and comparison of operation data before and after expansion proved that the addition of reactor cross-line could effectively avoid the phenomenon of catalyst attachment and reduce the heating load of downstream furnace, indicating that the method is a new technical solution for the capacity expansion of CCR unit.
