减四线脱油蜡的精制

摘要: 油蜡并举是实现“老三套”工艺生产润滑油基础油过程提质增效的主要措施。反序工艺减四线脱油蜡性质差、杂质含量高,后精制加工达到石蜡产品指标要求难度大。针对某厂反序工艺生产的减四线脱油蜡中间产品,通过白土筛选及精制考察、加氢精制试验及添加抗氧剂与抗紫外剂光照对比试验,改善了产品颜色及光安定性能,达到了市售优良半精炼石蜡产品要求,在此基础上提出了劣质重质脱油蜡后精制过程的加工技术方案。

Abstract: Simultaneously producing base oil and de-oiled wax are the main measures to increase the economic benefits for the traditional base oil production. However, the quality of the de-oiled wax from vacuum cut 4 produced by reverse scheme is poor for its high impurity content and makes the difficulties in wax refining process to achieve the wax quality index. The study for the wax showed that by refining with selected clay followed by hydrofinishing as well as adding antioxidants and UV inhibitors could improve the color and light stability of refined wax. A process scheme for refining inferior heavy de-oiled wax was proposed.
