国产TiO2基克劳斯催化剂在高含硫天然气净化厂的工业应用

摘要: 中国石化达州天然气净化有限公司天然气净化厂二联合第二系列(122系列)20 kt/a硫磺回收单元自2018年4月起开始使用国产TiO2基克劳斯催化剂LS-981G进行工业试验。装置运行一年的实践结果表明:国产TiO2基克劳斯催化剂LS-981G具有良好性能,羰基硫总水解率在98%以上,CS2总水解率为100%,总硫回收率在99.96%以上,烟气中SO2排放质量浓度低于400 mg/m3,远低于GB16297—1996《大气污染物综合排放标准》中SO2质量浓度不大于960 mg/m3的指标。

Abstract: The second unit with a capacity of 20 kt / a (122 series) for sulfur recovery in the No.2 complex unit of Natural Gas Purification Plant of SINOPEC Dazhou Natural Gas Purification Co., Ltd. has started industrial trials using domestic TiO2-based Claus catalyst LS-981G since April 2018. The practical results of the device running for one year showed that the catalyst LS-981G had a good performance, the total hydrolysis rate of carbonyl sulfur was above 98%, the total hydrolysis rate of carbon disulfide was 100%, and the total sulfur recovery rate was above 99.96%. The mass concentration of SO2 in the flue gas emission was less than 400 mg / m3, which is far lower than the reqirement(not exceeding 960 mg/m3)of the GB16297-1996 “Comprehensive Air Pollutant Emission Standard”.
