小型固定流化床评价装置的改造和调试

摘要: 对新购小型固定流化床评价装置进行了安装调试和改造:改变预热器的安装位置,缩短预热器与反应器的连接管线,提高了产物分布数据重复性;增加CO转化炉前端的烟气冷凝深度,能提高转子流量计的稳定性、减少CO2红外分析仪流量波动和气阻带来的焦炭曲线拖尾和延迟,提高焦炭数据重复性;提高装置系统压力,可减小液化气产率和丙烯产率,使其接近工业装置产率,能更好地指导催化剂配方筛选和性能评价对比。

Abstract: A newly purchased small fixed fluidized bed FCC evaluation unit was installed, debugged and modified. The installation position of the preheater was changed, and the connection pipeline between the preheater and the reactor was shortened. The results showed that after revamping, the repeatability of product distribution was improved. The stability of the rotor flowmeter was improved and the drag and delay of CO2 curve caused by flow fluctuation and gas resistance of CO2 infrared analyzer was reduced by increasing the gas condensation depth at the front of the CO converter, leading to a good repeatability of coke data. By increasing the pressure of the device system, the production rate of LPG and propylene were reduced, the results close to the data of the industrial device. The revamping work can better guide the selection of catalyst formulation and the comparison of performance
