深度除尘除雾系统在重油催化裂化烟气脱硫除尘中的应用

摘要: 为适应环保新要求,中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司于2017年对重油催化裂化(RFCC)烟气脱硫除尘装置进行大修改造,将原洗涤塔上的气液分离器改造成深度除尘除雾系统,以提高脱硫除尘除雾效果。工程应用状况表明:改造后各污染组分含量明显降低,除雾效果有所提高,排烟视觉效果得到优化;颗粒物质量浓度由126.6 mg/m3降低到12.8 mg/m3,脱除率稳定在90%;SO2质量浓度由2 832.4 mg/m3降低到3.7 mg/m3,脱除率达99%以上;烟气各项重要指标均达到《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准(GB 31570—2015)》中敏感区特别限值排放标准。

Abstract: In order to meet the new requirements of environmental protection, SINOPEC Guangzhou Company made a major revision of the flue gas desulfurization device in 2017. The original gas-liquid separator of the washing tower was revamped to an advanced dust removal and demisting system to improve the desulfurization and dust removal. The industrial application indicated that the pollution components were decreased, the demisting effect and the visual effect of defogging was optimized after the transformation. The mass concentration of the particulates was decreased from 126.6 mg/m3 to 12.8 mg/m3 while the removal rate was stable at 90%. The mass concentration of SO2 has decreased from 2832.4 mg/m3 to 3.7 mg/m3, and the removal rate being over 99%. All the important indicators of flue gas meet the pollutants emission standards in sensitive areas from petroleum refining industry (GB 31570-2015).
