CH3COOH/ZnCl2低共熔溶剂脱除模拟油中氮化物

REMOVAL OF NITROGEN COMPOUNDS FROM SIMULATED OIL WITH CH3COOH/ZnCl2 DEEP EUTECTIC SOLVENT

摘要: 通过加热乙酸(CH3COOH)和氯化锌(ZnCl2)的混合物制备了CH3COOH-ZnCl2低共熔溶剂,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对其进行了表征,并以喹啉及吲哚模拟油为原料考察其脱氮性能。结果表明:在CH3COOH和ZnCl2摩尔比为 10:1、萃取时间为25 min、油剂质量比为5:1、萃取温度为30 ℃的条件下,喹啉和吲哚的脱除率分别为98.57%和93.73%,且该低共熔溶剂在回收3次之后,喹啉模拟油和吲哚模拟油的脱氮率仍分别能达到70%以上。此外,对该萃取脱氮体系的脱氮机理进行了探讨。

Abstract: The CH3COOH-ZnCl2 deep eutectic solvent(DES) was prepared using mixed glacial acetic acid (CH3COOH) and zinc chloride (ZnCl2) by heating and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) analysis. The denitrogenation performance was characterized using octane solution spiked with quinoline or indole as simulated oils. The results showed that the removal rates of quinoline and indole were 98.57% and 93.73%, respectively, when the molar ratio of CH3COOH to ZnCl2 was 10:1, the extraction time was 25 min, the mass ratio of simulated oil to DES is 5:1, and the extraction temperature was 30 ℃. After three times recoveries for DES,the denitrogenation rate of the quinoline simulated oil or the indole simulated oil can still reach 70% or more, respectively. In addition,the mechanism of nitrogen removal during denitrogenation by extraction were discussed.
