溶剂再生装置再生塔操作异常波动分析及对策

摘要: 中国石化洛阳分公司2号溶剂再生装置于2018年7月运行过程中出现数次异常波动,导致冲塔液泛现象,严重影响上游装置产品质量及硫磺回收装置二氧化硫排放浓度。通过分析、查找原因,并采取增设胺液净化装置、清理全部溶剂、控制催化裂化脱硫装置液化气和干气重组分体积分数分别低于2%和3%、调整富胺液闪蒸罐压力低于0.05 MPa等措施进行优化调整,最终保证装置平稳运行,贫胺液及催化脱硫产品质量合格,减少MDEA的损耗,达到环保要求。

Abstract: In July 2018, there were several abnormal fluctuations in the operation of No.2 solvent regeneration unit of SINOPEC Luoyang Company, resulting in tower flooding, which seriously affected the product quality of upstream unit and the SO2 emission of sulfur recovery unit. By analyzing the reasons, the optimization and adjustment were made by following measures: adding amine liquid purification device, cleaning all solvents by filtering, controlling the heavy component content fraction of liquefied gas and dry gas of FCC desulfurization device to lower than 2% and 3%, respectively, and reducing the pressure of amine-rich liquid flash tank to less than 0.05 MPa. Finally, the device run smoothly, the quality of lean liquid and catalytic desulfurization products were qualified, and the consumption of MDEA was reduced to meet the requirements of environmental protection.
