摘要: 中海油东方石化有限责任公司新建了一套0.60 Mt/a柴油液相加氢装置,以常一线油、常二线油、常三线油和催化裂化柴油为原料,生产国Ⅴ标准柴油。该装置于2017年1月首次开工产出合格产品,运行至今,总体运行平稳。由于原料油的变化,装置按照6种工况随时切换,造成装置能耗较高。针对液相加氢装置的不同加工工况进行了分析,并对影响装置长周期运行的问题进行了分析,提出了解决措施,为同类型装置的运行提供借鉴。

Abstract: A new liquid phase diesel hydrogenation unit with capacity of 0.60 Mt/a was built in CNOOC Oriental Petrochemical Co. Ltd., using atmospheric gas oil and lighe cycle oil from catalytic cracking unit as raw materials to produce diesel meeting China phase Ⅴ standard . The plant started to produce qualified products for the first time in January 2017 and has run smoothly since then. Due to the changes of the proportion of feed oils, the operation conditions had to switch at any time according to six working conditions, resulting in high energy consumption. By analyzing the different processing conditions and the problems affecting the long cycle operation, some solutions were suggested, which can provide reference for the operation of the same type of plant.
