摘要: 为满足市场对加氢裂化装置多产重整原料的需要,开发了高性价比加氢裂化催化剂RHC-210,并在中型试验装置上开展了加氢裂化催化剂RHC-210的工艺参数影响研究、原料油适应性试验以及多产重整料的全循环工艺加氢裂化工艺研究等。结果表明采用RHC-210催化剂在不同工艺流程下加工多种原料均可实现多产重整料的目的,同时可兼产优质的喷气燃料、柴油和尾油,该催化剂具有活性高、重石脑油选择性好性价比优的特点。RHC-210催化剂工业应用结果表明,该催化剂在生产优质重整料的同时,可获得高烟点的喷气燃料和低BMCI的尾油。

Abstract: New hydrocracking catalyst RHC-210 was developed for hydrocracking to produce heavy naphtha used as catalytic reforming feedstock. The processing parameters, adaptability to raw oils and the full-cycle hydrocracking process for producing reforming feed were investigated in a pilot plant. The pilot plant results showed that by using catalyst RHC-210, reforming feeds could be obtained under different technological processes from different raw materials, and could simultaneously produce the high quality jet fuel, diesel and tail oil, and the catalyst had high activity, selectivity and performance price ratio. The industrial application results of catalyst RHC-210 showed that the catalyst can be used to produce high-quality reforming raw materials, and at the same time, it can obtain jet fuel with high smoke point and tail oil with low BMCI .
