膨润土-复合钛基润滑脂的制备及其性能研究

摘要: 为了优化复合钛基润滑脂的性能并降低其制备成本,结合膨润土润滑脂和复合钛基润滑脂的制备方法,探究了膨润土-复合钛基润滑脂的合成路线,并进一步优化其制备工艺和原料配方,以期制得性能优异的膨润土-复合钛基润滑脂。结果发现,两种润滑脂具有较好的相容性,采用高温炼制后加预制膨润土润滑脂工艺制得的膨润土-复合钛基润滑脂既保持了两种单一润滑脂的高滴点和抗磨减摩性能,又改善了膨润土润滑脂的机械安定性以及复合钛基润滑脂的胶体结构稳定性。

Abstract: In order to optimize the performance of titanium complex grease and reduce the preparation cost of titanium complex grease,the synthetic route of bentonite-titanium complex grease was explored by combining the preparation methods of bentonite grease and titanium complex grease. The preparation process and raw material formula are further optimized to produce bentonite-titanium complex grease with excellent performance. It was found that the two greases have good compatibility. The bentonite-titanium complex grease prepared by high-temperature refined titanium complex grease plus pre-formed bentonite grease not only maintains the high dropping point and anti-wear anti-friction performance of the two single greases,but also improves the mechanical stability of the bentonite grease and the structural stability of the titanium complex grease.
