微量杂质对己内酰胺产品质量的影响

摘要: 为评估杂质对己内酰胺产品质量的影响,向精制己内酰胺中添加芳香胺类、酮类、醚类、肟类和己内酰胺同系物等10种杂质,考察不同含量杂质对己内酰胺挥发性碱含量、色度、290 nm波长处吸光度、酸碱度、高锰酸钾吸收值的影响。结果表明:芳香胺类杂质对5项指标均有显著影响,痕量芳香胺类化合物的存在会导致己内酰胺产品质量不合格;2-甲氧基环己酮和2,3-环氧环己酮在己内酰胺中的含量增加,将导致挥发性碱含量、290 nm吸光度以及高锰酸钾吸收值升高,影响产品质量;痕量己内酰亚胺甲醚将导致己内酰胺产品碱度不合格,其质量分数每增加25 μg/g碱度约升高0.1 mmol/kg;环己酮肟对己内酰胺的挥发性碱含量和高锰酸钾吸收值有微弱影响;N-甲基己内酰胺对己内酰胺各指标均无影响。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the influence of impurity on the quality of caprolactam product, 10 kinds of impurities, such as aromatic amines, ketones, oximes, ethers and caprolactam homologs, were added to purified caprolactam, and the influences on volatile basicity, chromaticity, ultraviolet absorption at 290 nm, alkalinity and acidity, potassium permanganate value was investigated. The results showed that the aromatic amines had a sigenificant effect on all five indexes, and the presence of trace aromatic amines would lead to the unqualified caprolactam products. The in-crease of 2-methoxy cyclohexanone and 2,3-epoxy cyclohexanone would lead to the increase of the volatile basicity, ultraviolet absorption at 290 nm and potassium per-manganate value, leading to a worse product quality. Trace caprolactim methyl ether in caprolactam would cause the unqualified alkalinity caprolactam, and the alkalinity increased by 0.1 mmol/kg for every 25μg/g increase in its mass fraction. Cyclohexanone oxime had a medium effect on the volatile basicity and potassium permanganate value. Cyclohexanone and N-methyl caprolactam had no effect on those indexes of caprolactam.
