延迟焦化加热炉的建模与分析

摘要: 以国内某石化企业延迟焦化装置加热炉为例,采用减压渣油为原料,在计算机模拟与分析的基础上,探讨焦化加热炉的动力学、物性及反应器模型等的模拟策略,建立加热炉的数学模型,经过现场模型验证和工况分析,可得到沿加热炉炉管轴向的温度、压力、流速及气液组成的分布。结果表明,模拟结果与现场值偏差较小,温度、压力等参数的分布趋势与宏观认识一致。建立的数学模型可用于现场加热炉的工况分析,为延迟焦化加热炉的设计、操作与优化提供理论支持。

Abstract: Based on computer simulation and analysis, the dynamics, physical properties and reactor of the coking furnace in a refinery were discussed, and the mathematical model of the furnace was established. The distributions of temperature, pressure, flow rate, composition of gas and liquid were obtained by analyzing working conditions after verifying model in field. The results showed that the deviation between simulation results and field values was small, and the distribution trend of temperature, pressure and other parameters were consistent with the macroscopic understanding. The established mathematical model can be used to analyze the running parameters of the heating furnace in field and provide theoretical support for design, operation and optimization of the delayed coking heating furnace.
