乙烯装置脱甲烷塔系统乙烯损失的影响因素及相应措施

摘要: 脱甲烷塔系统是乙烯装置深冷分离的关键,该系统的设计及工艺操作条件等都会影响塔顶乙烯的损失。以某炼油厂乙烯装置前脱丙烷流程中的脱甲烷塔系统为例,介绍了脱甲烷系统中碳二洗涤塔的设置、进料中的甲烷/氢气摩尔比及进料温度、脱甲烷塔的回流量、塔顶温度、以及再沸器/冷凝器的热负荷等因素对脱甲烷塔系统乙烯损失的影响,并对降低其系统的乙烯损失提出解决措施,为乙烯装置中的脱甲烷塔系统设计和运行提供借鉴。

Abstract: Demethanizer system is the key of cryogenic separation in ethylene plant, which can influence the loss of ethylene products. The loss of ethylene is often related to the design and operation of demethanizer system. Taking a demethane tower system in the former depropane process of ethylene plant as an example, the influencing factors, such as methane/hydrogen mole ratio of feed and feed temperature, setting of ethylene scrubber, reflux of demethanizer and overhead temperature, as well as heat load of reboiler/condenser were studied. And the solutions were proposed to reduce ethylene loss in the demethanizer top and provided reference for the design and operation of demethane tower system in ethylene plant.
