国产硫酸法烷基化技术的工业应用

摘要: 为满足国Ⅵ汽油质量升级需要,兴建烷基化装置势在必行。中国石化洛阳分公司0.2 Mt/a烷基化装置采用了中国石油化工股份有限公司自主开发的硫酸法烷基化技术(SINOALKY)。工业应用结果表明:SINOALKY技术具有工艺流程简单、反应器易维护、酸耗低、产品质量好的特点,在反应温度为0 ℃时所得烷基化油的研究法辛烷值(RON)为97,装置酸耗为65 kg/t,能耗为4598 MJ/t。装置开工至今,工艺参数平稳、设备运行稳定,每月可生产烷基化油16 kt以上,从根本上解决了企业汽油调合难题,每月还可为企业创造经济效益近1000万元。

Abstract: In order to meet the needs of China phase-VI gasoline, a new alkylation unit is imperative. The new 0.20 Mt/a alkylation unit of SINOPEC Luoyang Company adopted the SINOALKY, a sulfuric acid alkylation technology, independently developed by SINOPEC. Industrial results confirmed that the technology has the advantages of simple process, easy maintenance of reactor, low acid consumption and good product quality. When the reaction temperature was 0 ℃, the octane number of alkylate was 97, acid consumption was 65 kg/t alkylate, while unit energy consumption was 4598 MJ/t . Since the start of the unit, the process parameters and the operation of the unit has been stable, it can produce more than 16 kt of alkylae per month, which fundamentally solves the problem of gasoline blending and creates economic benefits of nearly 10 million Yuan for the company per month.
