纯电动乘用汽车传动系统润滑油的研制

摘要: 为了解纯电动乘用汽车润滑要求,分析了其传动系统润滑特点及美国通用公司标准。使用Ⅲ+加氢矿物油、酯类油为基础油,加入极压抗磨剂、金属减活剂、防锈剂、无灰分散剂等调制了纯电动乘用汽车传动系统润滑油。理化和摩擦性能试验表明该油品具有良好的热氧化安定性能、剪切安定性能、绝缘性能、防锈抗腐蚀性能、极压抗磨性能和减摩性能,综合性能优于某型电动乘用车在用的自动变速器油。

Abstract: Lubrication characteristics of transmission system and the standard of General Motors were analyzed in order to understand the lubrication requirements for pure electric passenger vehicles. The oil was mixed with base oil of API Ⅲ+ hydrogenated mineral oil, ester oil and extreme-pressure and anti-wear additives, metal passivator, anti-rust, ashless dispersant. The physical-chemical and friction tests showed that the oil had good properties of thermal oxidation stability, shear stability, insulation, anti-rust and anti-corrosion, extreme-pressure and anti-wear additives, anti-friction. The oil performance is superior to the automatic transmission oil used in an electric passenger car.
