C5/C6异构化催化剂RISO-C在80 kt/a异构化装置的工业应用

APPLICATION OF C5/C6 ISOMERIZATION CATALYST RISO-C IN 80 kt/a ISOMERIZATION UNIT

摘要: 为满足汽油升级至国Ⅵ标准的要求,2019年中国石油玉门油田分公司炼油化工总厂对原80 kt/a异构化装置进行了技术改造,增加了原料油干燥再生系统和循环氢干燥再生系统,将异构化催化剂更换为中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发的RISO-C固体超强酸催化剂,以重整装置拔头油为原料,增产异构化汽油,有效降低汽油池烯烃含量和芳烃含量,为生产国Ⅵ汽油打下坚实基础。改造后异构化装置于2019年11月一次开车成功,2020年9月标定结果表明,异构化汽油研究法辛烷值大于84,C5异构化率大于68%,C6异构化率大于83%,均达到设计指标要求,说明RISO-C固体超强酸催化剂活性良好,能满足异构化装置长周期安全平稳运行的需求。

Abstract: To meet China Ⅵ gasoline standard, the PetroChina Yumen Oilfield Branch Company Oil Refining and Petrochemical General Plant completed the technical innovation of original C5/C6 isomerization unit, added the feedstock and circulating hydrogen drying and regeneration system, and replaced the original catalyst by the solid super-acid catalyst RISO-C. This unit could convert the reforming topped oil to gasoline blending component with high octane number, which effectively reduces the olefins and aromatics content of China Ⅵ gasoline pool. The revamped unit was started successfully in November, 2019, and the results of performance test of unit show that the isomerization ratio of C5 is more than 68%, the isomerization ratio of C6 is more than 83%, reaching the target of design and demonstrating the excellent performance of catalyst, which can meet the need of long term run of unit.
