促进环烷烃开环裂化增产高辛烷值汽油的催化剂工业应用

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION OF FCC CATALYST FOR IMPROVING RING-OPENING REACTION TO PRODUCE HIGH OCTANE GASOLINE

摘要: 中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发了促进环烷烃开环裂化增产高辛烷值汽油的催化剂ROC-1,在中国石化齐鲁分公司2号催化裂化装置进行了工业应用,结果表明:在原料性质和操作工况基本一致,催化剂单耗相当的情况下,汽油收率增加0.43百分点,汽油研究法辛烷值提高0.6个单位,液体产品收率增加1.27百分点,焦炭产率降低0.68百分点,产品分布显著改善,实现了增产高辛烷值汽油的同时改善焦炭选择性的目标;多环环烷烃和环烷芳烃开环裂化反应的表观选择性增加了18.37%。ROC-1催化剂具有更强的促进多环环烷烃和环烷芳烃转化的能力,适用于加工富含环烷烃和环烷芳烃的催化裂化原料。

Abstract: The industrial application of ROC-1 catalyst for improving ring-opening reaction to produce high octane gasoline in SINOPEC Qilu Company was described.The first application showed that the yield of gasoline increased by 0.43 percentage point with RON improvement of 0.6,the liquid yield increased by 1.27 percentage points,the yield of coke decreased by 0.68 percentage point under uniform operating condition.The distribution of product was significantly improved through increasing the yield of high octane gasoline and decreasing coke selectivity.The apparent selectivity of the ring-opening cracking reaction of polycyclic naphthenes and napthenic aromatics increased by 18.37%.ROC-1 catalyst has stronger ability to promote the conversion of polycyclic naphthenes and napathenic aromatics,and is suitable for processing of catalytic cracking feedstock rich in naphthenes.
