摘要: 介绍了苯乙烯焦油的来源、阻聚剂2-仲丁基-4,6-二硝基苯酚(DNBP)的性质以及苯乙烯焦油的组成,梳理了苯乙烯焦油处置的不同方案,分析了其优缺点;进而在理论上分析了将苯乙烯焦油转化为合格油品的资源化利用方案可行性,并详细介绍了中国石化安庆分公司将苯乙烯焦油转化为合格油品方案的设计及实施过程。该方案实施结果表明:将苯乙烯焦油送至延迟焦化装置处理,在满足环保要求的同时可以实现产品增值,总体经济效益可达 830 万元/a。

Abstract: The source of styrene tar, the properties of polymerization inhibitor 2-sec-butyl-4,6- dinitrophenol (DNBP) and the composition of styrene tar were introduced. The feasibility of recycling styrene tar into qualified oil products was theoretically analyzed. The design and implementation of the scheme for converting styrene tar into qualified oil products in SINOPEC Anqing company were described in detail. The results show that when the styrene tar is sent to the delayed coking unit, the product value can increase while meeting the environmental protection requirements, and the total economic benefit can reach 8.3 million Yuan/a.
