真硫化态PHK-101催化剂在喷气燃料加氢装置的工业应用

COMMERCIAL APPLICATION OF TRUE SULFURIZED PHK-101 CATALYST FOR JET FUEL HYDROGENATION UNIT

摘要: 介绍了真硫化态PHK-101催化剂在国内某石化公司0.40 Mt/a喷气燃料加氢装置上的工业应用情况。装置开工及标定结果表明,真硫化态PHK-101催化剂具有开工效率高、开工过程环保的特点,对于反应温度较低的喷气燃料加氢装置完全适用。在生产负荷为108%的条件下,当床层平均反应温度为245 ℃时,产品质量既满足3号喷气燃料国家标准(GB 6537—2018)的要求,又满足硫质量分数小于10 μg/g的国Ⅵ柴油调合组分要求。

Abstract: True sulfurized PHK-101 catalyst developed by PetroChina Petrochemical Research Institute was commercially used in a 0.40 Mt/a jet fuel hydrogenation unit of a refinery. The start-up and calibration results show that PHK-101 catalyst has the characteristics of high start-up efficiency and environmental protection, and is fully applicable to jet fuel hydrogenation unit with low reaction temperature. Under the condition of 108% production load, when the average bed temperature was 245 ℃, the product quality can not only meet the requirements of No.3 jet fuel National standard (GB 6537—2018),but also meet the requirements of GB Ⅵ diesel blend components with sulfur content less than 10 μg/g.
