摘要: 采用气相色谱-质谱联用方法对椰子油甲酯及其加氢产物的组成进行定性分析,通过气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器分析、校正归一法定量,可实现对椰子油甲酯及其不同程度加氢产物的有效分离和组成分析,有助于以椰子油甲酯为原料生产天然脂肪醇过程中的工艺路线调整和方案优化。所建方法可拓展到不同来源植物油甲酯原料及其加工生成的天然脂肪醇的分析中。

Abstract: The components of raw materials and products were qualitatively analyzed by GC-MS and quantitatively analyzed by GC-FID with correction normalization. The detailed composition of hydrogenation products of coconut oil methyl ester with different hydrogenation degrees was determined. The method could be extended to analyze the different vegetable oil methyl esters and its processing products natural fatty alcohols.
