炼油企业压减柴油措施的应用及展望

摘要: 近几年,国内石油市场竞争激烈、消费结构变化加剧,炼油企业需要不断优化产品结构,大力减产柴油,按需增产汽油、喷气燃料和乙烯原料等产品,这是当前及今后较长时期提升企业竞争力的首要任务。结合中国石化长岭分公司的实际情况,通过采用一系列新技术和优化措施,在调减成品油收率和优化成品油结构方面,取得了较好的效果。基于企业实际案例,结合近年来其他炼化企业在产品结构调整方面所做的工作、新技术开发与应用以及“十四五”规划等情况,围绕“双碳”目标下的产品结构调整,作了梳理思考和下一步建议。

Abstract: In recent years, with fierce competition in the domestic oil market and intensified changes in the consumption structure, oil refining enterprises need to constantly optimize their product structure, vigorously reduce the production of diesel, and increase the production of gasoline, jet fuel and ethylene raw materials as needed, and this is the primary task to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises at present and in the long term in the future. Combined with the actual situation of SINOPEC Changling Company, through the adoption of a series of new technologies and optimization measures, good results have been achieved in changing the yield of oil products and optimizing the structure of oil products. Based on the actual case of the enterprise, combined with the experience of other refining and chemical enterprises in product structure adjustment in recent years, the development and application of new technologies, the suggestions were put forward for the adjustment of products structure under the goal of "double carbon" and 14th Five-Year Plan.
