摘要: 中石化石油化工科学研究院有限公司开发的固体超强酸C5/C6异构化成套技术以Pt/SO42--ZrO2型催化剂RISO-C及配套的开工、异构化反应、原料预处理和催化剂再生等单元技术构成,其工业应用实例表明:该成套技术适应性强,既可应用于改造装置,也可应用于新建装置,并可与分离技术结合,进一步提高异构化产品的辛烷值,可以生产研究法辛烷值为80~90的异构化油,满足不同用户的需求,是汽油标准升级的重要支撑技术。

Abstract: The solid superacid C5/C6 isomerization technology developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing Co., Ltd. consists of Pt/SO42--ZrO2 catalyst RISO-C and its supporting unit technologies of start-up, reaction parameter optimization, feed pretreatment, catalyst regeneration, etc. The industrial applications showed that the whole set of technology had strong adaptability, which could be used in the revamped units or the newly constructed units, and also be combined with proper separation technologies to further improve the RON of isomerization product. The isomerate with RON ranging from 80 to 90 could be produced to meet the needs of different users, which was an important supporting technology for upgrading gasoline standard.
