闲置重整预加氢装置改造为C5/C6异构化装置技术选择及工业应用

摘要: 以某炼油厂360 kt/a重整预加氢装置改造为C5/C6异构化装置为例,本着“改造费用最低、设备利旧最大化、建设周期最短”的原则,从技术路线选择、改造方案、应用效果及经济效益评价等方面探讨了闲置预加氢装置改造为C5/C6异构化装置的技术路线及效果。研究结果表明,将预加氢装置改造为C5/C6异构化装置是闲置重整预加氢装置再利用的最佳途径之一。

Abstract: Taking a 360 kt/a reforming hydrogenation unit of a refinery as an example, based on the principle of “minimizing revamping cost, maximizing equipment reuse and shortening the construction period”, the process route and effect of revamping an idle unit of naphtha hydrotreating (NHT) into a C5/C6 isomerization unit were discussed from the aspects of process selection, construction scheme, application effect and economic benefit evaluation. The results showed that the conversion of a 360 kt/a NHT unit to a C5/C6 isomerization unit was one of the best ways to reuse the idle NHT unit.
