摘要: 基于中国石化茂名分公司的润滑油基础油资源,针对近年来生产涡轮机油出现的锈蚀和过滤性不合格问题,从基础油和添加剂两方面开展涡轮机油产品配方的应用考察工作,分析了HVIⅡ+ 10(茂名)和不同功能剂、防锈剂的配伍问题。结果表明:在功能剂A同样剂量的情况下,应用基础油HVIⅡ+ 10(茂名)调制涡轮机油产品防锈性能和过滤性能均较差,选用AC 716防锈剂补强可以解决问题;应用功能剂B和功能剂C,可以改善L-TSA(A级)涡轮机油的过滤性和防锈性能。

Abstract: Based on the lube base oil resources of SINOPEC Maoming Company, the paper described the problems of corrosion and filterability in the production of turbine oil in recent years. The compatibility of HVI Ⅱ+ 10 (Maoming) with different functional agents and anti-rust inhibitors was analyzed. The results showed that the anti-rust and filtration performance of the turbine oil products prepared with lube base oil HVI Ⅱ+ 10 (Maoming) was poor under the same dosage of functional agent A, and this problem could be solved by using AC 716 anti-rust agent. The filtration and anti-rust performance of L-TSA (A grade) turbine oil could be improved by using functional agent B and functional agent C.
