无定形硅铝材料的制备及应用研究进展

RESEARCH PROGRESS ON PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF AMORPHOUS SILICA-ALUMINA MATERIALS

摘要: 无定形硅铝(ASA)是由Al2O3和SiO2形成的复合材料,具有较大的孔径、孔体积以及一定的酸性,已在石油加工过程中得到应用。开发高性能的ASA材料对提高催化剂活性、增加目标产品选择性等方面具有重要意义。分析了不同制备方法对ASA材料结构和酸性的影响、ASA材料的酸性成因及其影响因素,综述了ASA材料在加氢裂化、催化裂化和其他催化反应过程中的应用,以期为高性能ASA材料的制备提供指导。结合目前发展趋势提出未来ASA材料研究的主要方向。

Abstract: Amorphous silica-alumina (ASA) is a composite material formed by Al2O3 and SiO2 with large pore size, pore volume and suitable acidity, which has been used in crude oil processing. The development of high performance ASA materials is of great significance in improving the catalyst activity and increasing the selectivity of target products. The effects of different preparation methods on the structure and acidity of ASA materials, the causes of the acidity of ASA materials and the influencing factors were analyzed. The applications of ASA materials in hydrocracking, catalytic cracking, and other catalytic reaction processes were investigated to provide guidelines for the preparation of high performance ASA materials. The main directions of future research on ASA materials were proposed in the light of current development trends.
