IMPROVING DUAL-PREVENTION INSPECTION QUALITY BY INTEGRATING VIDEO SURVEILLANCE PLATFORM AND PERSONNEL POSITIONING SYSTEM

摘要: 提出了融合视频监控与人员定位系统的智能化巡检方案,以解决传统双防巡检中监控盲区、数据割裂等问题。通过精准位置管理、多模态异常监测和动态可视化管控,实现巡检闭环管理。该系统创新性结合定位数据与视频分析,自动校验巡检到位率、识别轨迹异常,并通过热力图优化资源配置。

Abstract: This paper proposes an intelligent inspection solution integrating video surveillance and personnel positioning systems to address issues such as blind spots and data fragmentation in traditional dual-prevention inspections. Through precise location management, multimodal anomaly detection, and dynamic visual management, closed-loop inspection control is achieved. The system innovatively combines positioning data with video analytics to automatically verify inspection completion rates, identify trajectory anomalies, and optimize resource allocation via heatmaps.
