加氢反应器分配器数值模拟与结构优化

摘要: 采用Fluent软件对加氢反应器中单个泡罩分配器的流体力学性能进行模拟,以BL型气液分配器为基础构型,通过改进其下降管和碎流板结构进行结构优化。结果表明,改进的气液分配器构型与原BL型气液分配器相比,喷洒面积增大255%,不均匀度减小30.19%,压降增大73.63%,综合性能优于原BL型气液分配器。

Abstract: The hydrodynamic performance of the bubble distributor in hydrogenation reactor was simulated by Fluent software. The downcomer and the stream breaker of the BL gas-liquid distributor. were optimized in structure. It was found that the spray area increases by 255% and the non-uniformity reduces by 30.19% after optimization, but the pressure drop of the improved distributor is 73.63% higher than the BL type distributor. The results indicated that the comprehensive performance of the new distributor is better than the prototype.
