残渣型船用燃料油在线调合工艺及小试装置实验研究

摘要: 针对船用残渣型燃料油在线调合工艺要求,开发了船用燃料油连续调合管理系统,设计了新型高效静态混合器,并在此基础上开发了残渣型燃料油连续调合工艺。建立了处理能力为240 L/h的残渣船用燃料油在线调合小试装置。运行实验表明,该设备运行平稳,能够实现调合方案生成、连续生产自动控制、产品性能实时反馈的全过程,可生产符合国标的船用残渣型燃料油,产品稳定性好。

Abstract: In view of the requirements of online blending process for marine residue fuel oil,a residue dilution model and a marine fuel oil online management system were developed with a new efficient static mixer. A residual fuel oil online blending process was developed. An online mixing test device with capacity of 240 L/h was established. The operation test showed that the equipment was running smoothly,which can realize the whole process, including blending scheme generation,continuous production automatic control,product performance real-time feedback. All national standard marine residue fuel oil can be produced by this process and the product has a good stability.
