活性白土对变压器油的吸附脱色

摘要: 利用活性白土对变压器油进行脱色处理,探讨了吸附温度、吸附时间以及活性白土添加量对脱色效果的影响,通过色度仪、分光光度计对油品的颜色进行分析。通过红外光谱、扫描电镜、热重分析对吸附前后的白土结构进行表征。结果表明,活性白土对变压器油具有优良的脱色效果,当活性白土的添加量(w)为5%、吸附温度为90 ℃、吸附时间为1.5 h时,变压器油的色号可从9号降至1号,其透光率达到90%以上,且其击穿电压提高了56.64%,介质损耗因数下降了18.81%,水质量分数下降了25.69%。

Abstract: In this study, activated clay was used as an adsorbent in the bleaching process of transformer oil, and the effects of adsorption temperature, amount of activated clay and adsorption time on the oil color were discussed. The color changes of the oil samples were analyzed by colorimeter and spectrophotometer, and the structures of the activated clay before and after adsorption were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), thermogravimetry analysis (TG) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the activated clay had excellent decolorization effect on transformer oil. At the conditions of activated clay amount of 5%, the adsorption temperature 90 ℃ and the adsorption time of 1.5 h, the color number of transformer oil could decrease from 9 to 1 and the light transmittance was over 90%. The breakdown voltage increased by 56.64%, the dielectric loss factor decreased by 18.81%, and the moisture content decreased by 25.69%.
