The catalytic conversion experiments were processed using FCC naphtha as feed over various catalysts. The bimolecular cracking reactions of olefins were studied and the effect of ratios of bimolecular cracking reactions to hydrogen transfer reactions on the yields of LPG and gasoline were discussed. The results show that under the testing conditions the proceeding of olefins cracking and the ratios of cracking to hydrogen transfer are varied over various catalysts. Comparisons between regenerated catalyst and spent catalyst show that under relatively high reaction temperature and high WHSV, cracking reactions are favored to enhance LPG yield for the former, and under relatively low reaction temperature and low WHSV, hydrogen transfer reactions are favored to increase gasoline yield for the latter. By proper adjusting the ratios of bimolecular cracking reactions to hydrogen transfer reactions, the product slates of FCC process could be more flexible and various.

The process of methanol to olefins on four kinds of FCC industrial equilibrium agents, LOSA-1 assistant and SAPO-34 was studied using the pulse microreacter-chromatography devices in the experiment. The results indicated: the hydrocarbon and light olefins yields of methanol conversion were 19.91% and 11.41% on GOR-Ⅱ, 21.90% and 16.52% on SAPO-34, 26.73% and 12.01% on LOSA-1. The hydrocarbon and light olefins yields reached a maximum value 27.52% and 15.72% when LOSA-1 was added into GOR-Ⅱat the ratio of 5%. The hydrocarbon and light olefins yields of 40% methanol solution were 9.09% and 6.20% on GOR-Ⅱ, 24.71% and 20.08% on SAPO-34. But the hydrocarbon and light olefins yields of methanol conversion were low on CHZ-4, DACS-GQ1 and RAG-10 and they can reach 11.12% and 6.04% in the case of increasing the amount of RAG-10.The experiment showed that the hydrocarbon and light olefins yields of methanol conversion were higher on GOR-Ⅱthan on other three kinds of FCC industrial equilibrium agents, the hydrocarbon and the light olefins yields of methanol increased when the LOSA-1 was added into GOR-Ⅱ.Therefore, preliminary reference was provided for the research of the reaction regularity of methanol to olefins on FCC catalysts.

The different properties of MIP gasoline and conventional FCC gasoline were studied. The octane loss of products (with sulfur level under 50µg/g) by OCT-M selective HDS process of MIP gasoline and conventional FCC gasoline were investigated. The OCT-M process commercial application evaluated results showed that the sulfur content of MIP gasoline was lowered from the original 417―442µg/g to 24―53µg/g and RON loss was only 0.7―1.8 unit . OCT-M process provides flexible and economic technological options for production of clean gasoline with sulfur level under 50µg/g from MIP gasoline in refineries.

Abstract: Hexxaaluminate LaMnFe2Al9O19 was prepared by the sol -gel method. During the process the ethanol, isopropanol and n-butanol were used as solvent respectively. The chemical and physical properties of catalysts affected by different solvent were investigated by means of XRD, BET and XPS techniques. The results showed that the catalyst LaMnFe2Al9O19 with good crystallinity was obtained after calcination under oxygen at 1200℃. The catalyst obtained from the isopropanol which was used as solvent exhibited higher catalytic activity in methane combustion.

The methyl 4, 4-dinitropentanoate has been synthesized by the Michael addition of potassium dinitroethane with methyl acrylate in the presence of tetrabutyl ammonium chloride as phase-transfer catalyst (PTC) and the compound could be used as cetane number improver in diesel fuels. The IR and GC/MS were used to identify the structure of the compound, and some factors to influence the yield were studied. Several PTCs were investigated, but only tetrabutyl ammonium chloride did the preferable yields. The addition product (methyl 4,4-dinitropentanoate) was obtained at 25~45℃ for about 0.5 hours and the ratio of potassium dinitroethane to methyl acrylate in 1:3(mol) and the ratio of water to potassium dinitroethane in 20:1, and the yield could be reached to 80%, while the tetrabutyl ammonium chloride was 0.25%~0.5% (based on potassium dinitroethane).

The removal of residual catalyst particles in FCC slurry by a mini hydro-cyclone (with a diameter of 10 mm) was studied using water as liquid phase medium and the experiments were carried out at room temperature. The test results showed that under a solid content in feed of less than 2% and an average particle diameter of 16 μm, the revised total separation efficiency reached 96.6%~97.5%; d50’ was 3.1μm, d50 was less than 2μm, the solid content in top flow was 0.018% with an average particle diameter of 5.6 μm; if a second stage hydro-cyclone was applied, the solid content in top flow could be further reduced to 67 μg/g. Since the actual residual catalyst particles in FCC slurry were somewhat bigger than that of the testing powder, it should be technically feasible to remove them by mini hydro-cyclone with a diameter of 10 mm.
