JR-SA06高效油浆脱灰剂的工业应用

摘要: 化裂化油浆中固体催化剂粉末的脱除是当前油浆深加工过程中普遍面临的一个技术难题。为了实现油浆的深度净化,提高油浆的综合利用价值,某公司2.30 Mt/a催化裂化装置首次工业应用JR-SA06高效油浆脱灰剂。应用结果表明,在脱灰剂相对外甩油浆添加比例为500 μg/g、沉降温度为90~95 ℃的试验条件下,经过72 h沉降后,油浆灰分由0.28%降至0.019%,灰分平均脱除率达到了93.16%,优于一般脱灰剂,为油浆的后续加工利用创造了良好的条件。

Abstract: The removal of solid catalyst powder from FCC slurry is a common technical challenge in the deep processing of FCC slurry. To realize deep purification for slurry and to improve the comprehensive utilization value of the slurry, the JR-SA06 efficient slurry deash agent was first applied in 2.3 Mt/a FCC unit of a company. The application results demonstrated that adding 500 μg/g deash agent based on the FCC slurry and settling at 90-95 ℃ for 72 hours, the ash content in the slurry decreased from 0.28% to 0.019%, removal rate of ash reached 93.16%, which is superior to the common deash agents and creates good conditions for the subsequent processing and utilization of slurry.
