催化裂化柴油加工路线的选择与优化

摘要: 成品油市场需求的变化促进企业采取措施降低柴汽比,中国石化安庆分公司采取多项措施增产汽油、压减柴油,采用新技术、新工艺拓展催化柴油出路,通过提高催化柴油加氢精制深度、催化柴油与蜡油混炼、催化柴油与重油混炼、LTAG工艺及RLG工艺等技术路线的比较,优化选择催化柴油加工路线,采用RLG技术可大幅降低柴油产量,提高轻质油收率,RLG装置与催化装置联合的LTAG技术使企业柴汽比进一步降低,取得更好的经济效益。

Abstract: With the decline of diesel/gasoline ratio,SINOPEC Anqing Company adopted new technologies and better processing routes for FCC light cycle oil. The RLG technology processing route was selected and optimized by comparing various processes such as hydrofining depth,hydrotreating VGO mixed with LCO,hydrocracking of VR mixed with LCO,LTAG and RLG. The RLG process can produce more gasoline and reduce the diesel yield. The combination of RLG with the LTAG technology can further reduce the ratio of diesel/gasoline and obtain better economic benefit.
