摘要: 建立利用高灵敏度能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪快速测定轻质燃油中硅含量的方法,并进行准确性和重复性考察。结果表明:该测定方法在硅质量分数为0~100 ug/g范围内的定量标准曲线具有良好的线性关系,R2大于0.999 9;方法检出限为1 μg/g,样品回收率为95.7%~103.0%,相对标准偏差小于5.79%,可用于汽油中硅含量的测定。

Abstract: A method for fast determination of silicon content in gasoline by HF-XRF was developed. The precision of this method was inspected. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was more than 0.999 9 when the mass fraction of the silicon was 0-100 μg/g. The detection limit was 1μg/g for silicon,the standard addition recovery was in the range of 95.7%-103.0%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 5.79%. The results showed that this method is suitable for determination of silicon in gasoline.
