高稳定性分子筛的催化裂化性能研究

摘要: 通过改变分子筛阳离子交换及气相超稳改性的程度工业生产出不同晶胞大小的系列高稳定性分子筛HSZ。为了考察这些分子筛的催化裂化反应性能,分别以所开发的HSZ-3,HSZ-4,HSZ-5分子筛为活性组元中试制备了催化裂化催化剂,并通过固定床自动微反活性评定仪和ACE固定流化床微反装置对其催化裂化反应性能进行了考察比较。结果表明,与以水热法分子筛为活性组元的催化剂相比,以气相法工业制备的高稳定性分子筛为活性组元的催化剂具有较强的重油裂化能力,较高的汽油、轻质油及总液体收率,较好的焦炭选择性。

Abstract: A series of highly stabilized zeolites(HSZ)with different cell sizes was designed and manufactured by changing the degree of cation exchange and gas phase super stabilization in commercial scale. The catalysts were prepared with HSZ-3,HSZ-4,HSZ-5 zeolites as active component and their catalytic cracking performances were investigated and compared by using automated micro activity test and ACE fixed fluid bed reactor. The results showed that the catalysts with gas phase super stabilized zeolite as active component possessed stronger heavy oil cracking ability,higher yield of gasoline,light oil and total liquid,and better coke selectivity compared with the catalysts using hydrothermal stabilized zeolite as active component.
